1. Economical and decorative


Since copper and aluminum have very good thermal conductivity, the heat dissipation capacity of copper-aluminum radiators is much higher than that of radiators made of other materials, and their heat-to-price ratio is also much higher than that of radiators made of other materials. Since copper and aluminum are both non-ferrous metals, their value increases over time, so the value retention rate of copper-aluminum composite radiators is also much higher than that of radiators made of other materials.


2. Comprehensive mechanical properties


Aluminum alloy profiles are widely used in my country's construction industry due to their high strength, good water tightness and air tightness, good thermal conductivity, exquisite appearance and simple processing. In particular, its good thermal conductivity has been valued by many radiator manufacturers in recent years.


3. Alkaline water corrosion resistance


The copper-aluminum composite heat sink is manufactured using the advanced patented technology of hydraulic expansion joint with inner flange. The header tube and heat dissipation tube through which the heat medium flows are all copper tubes, which have strong corrosion resistance and do not need internal anti-corrosion treatment. The copper-aluminum composite plate heating radiator is composed of copper tubes and aluminum profiles. The aluminum profiles and copper tubes are tightly combined by high-pressure expansion through special equipment. Several columns are assembled and welded, and functional decorative parts are assembled on both sides to form a plate radiator. Its appearance is similar to that of steel plate radiators. It has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, easy to clean, light weight, high pressure bearing, good heat dissipation effect (radiation, convection), durable, and suitable for all heating systems.
